The feature is organized into three main sections:
1. Inventory
The Inventory section is your database of products available for gifting.
You can add products in the following ways:
Manually (one by one)
Via CSV upload
By syncing directly from your e-commerce platform
Note: Only products with an available quantity greater than zero can be gifted.
2. Gifts
The Gifts section provides a complete historical record of all items sent to influencers.
Each gift entry includes:
Recipient – The influencer receiving the gift
Products – The items that were sent
Store – The store from which the gift was fulfilled
Date – When the gift was sent
Status – Current delivery state (e.g. Delivered, Cancelled)
Tracking – Carrier tracking link, when available
User – The Lefty team member who initiated the gift
3. Stores
The Stores section defines where your inventory comes from and how fulfillment is handled. A single product can exist in multiple stores.
There are two types of stores:
Offline Store
Exists only within Lefty
Used for record-keeping purposes
Not synchronized with any external platform
Connected Store
Synchronized with your e-commerce platform (e.g. Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
Products stay in sync with your e-commerce catalog
When a gift is created using a connected store, an order is automatically created in your e-commerce platform to trigger standard fulfillment
