Filtering and Sorting Influencers on a Public Casting Page

Collaborators viewing a shared casting page can now filter and sort influencers using a range of criteria. Casting owners can also control whether influencer labels are visible on the public page.

Sorting influencers

On any public casting page, use the Sort control in the header to reorder the influencer list. The following sort options are available:

By date added

  • Newest first — shows the most recently added influencers at the top

  • Oldest first — shows the earliest-added influencers at the top

Alphabetically

  • A to Z — sorts influencer names in ascending alphabetical order

  • Z to A — sorts influencer names in descending alphabetical order

By followers

  • Highest followers — ranks influencers from largest to smallest audience

  • Lowest followers — ranks influencers from smallest to largest audience

By impressions

  • Highest impressions — places top-performing influencers at the top

  • Lowest impressions — places lower-reach influencers at the top

By engagement rate

  • Highest engagement rate — places influencers with the strongest engagement at the top

  • Lowest engagement rate — places influencers with the lowest engagement at the top

Filtering influencers

Use the Filters button in the casting page header to open the filter panel. The following filters are available:

Added date: narrow the list to influencers added during a specific date or date range. This is especially useful for large, long-running castings where you want to focus on a specific time period (for example, influencers added in a particular month).

Network: filter by social network (for example, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X). Only the networks present in the casting are shown.

Followers: set a minimum or maximum follower count to focus on a specific audience size tier.

Engagement rate: set a minimum or maximum engagement rate threshold.

Influencer labels: filter by one or more labels assigned to influencers. Selecting multiple labels returns any influencer matching at least one of the selected labels. This filter only appears if the casting owner has enabled label visibility in the casting settings (see below).

How filters work:

  • Filter values are dynamic, only values that exist among the influencers in the casting are available to select.

  • When you apply a filter, your active selections appear as chips below the filter panel, making it easy to see and remove individual filters at a glance.

Managing influencer label visibility (Casting owners)

Influencer labels are internal tags that can be assigned to influencers within a casting. By default, labels are not visible on the public casting page and the Influencer labels filter does not appear for collaborators.

If you want collaborators to be able to see and filter by labels, you can enable this in the casting settings.

To enable or disable label visibility:

  1. Open the casting and go to Settings.

  2. Under Influencer information visibility, locate the Influencer labels option.

  3. Toggle the setting between Hidden (default) and Visible.

  4. Changes take effect immediately on the public casting page.

What changes when labels are set to Visible:

  • Labels assigned to each influencer become visible to anyone with access to the public casting link.

  • The Influencer labels filter appears in the filter panel, allowing collaborators to filter by label.

What stays the same:

  • Setting labels to Visible does not change who can edit or assign labels, that remains limited to users with access to the casting in your workspace.

Note: Because influencer labels may contain internal notes or categorizations, review your labels before enabling visibility to ensure the content is appropriate to share with external collaborators.

Known limitations

  • Filters and sort preferences are not saved between sessions, they reset each time the page is loaded.

  • The Influencer labels filter is only available when the casting owner has set label visibility to Visible in the casting settings.

Troubleshooting

I don't see the Influencer labels filter on the casting page. This filter only appears when the casting owner has enabled label visibility. If you need it, ask the casting owner to go to Settings > Influencer information visibility and set Influencer labels to Visible.

The filter panel shows fewer options than expected. Filter values are dynamic, only values that exist among the influencers currently in the casting are shown. If a network, label, or other value isn't listed, no influencers in the casting have that attribute.

I applied a filter and no influencers are shown. No influencers in the casting match your current filter combination. Try removing one or more filters using the chips below the filter panel, or clear all filters to reset the view.

FAQ

Can I save my filter preferences? No. Filter and sort selections are not saved, they reset when you reload the page.

Can I use multiple filters at the same time? Yes. You can combine any of the available filters. Active filters appear as chips below the filter panel so you can see and manage them easily.

How does the Influencer labels filter work when I select multiple labels? Selecting multiple labels uses OR logic, the results include any influencer that matches at least one of the selected labels.

I'm a collaborator. Can I see all labels that exist in the casting? You can only see the label values that are assigned to the influencers listed in the casting. The filter does not show labels that exist in the workspace but are not assigned to any influencer in this casting.

Can external collaborators edit labels? No. Labels can only be assigned or edited by workspace users with access to the casting, not by external collaborators viewing the public page.
