What is the contact email?
When you add a contact email to a landing page, a contact block appears on the influencer collaboration page displaying that email address. Influencers can copy the address directly from the page to reach out to you.
If no contact email is added, the contact block does not appear on the collaboration page.
Important: The contact email you enter is visible to anyone who has access to the collaboration page link. Only enter an email address you are comfortable sharing externally with influencers.
How to add a contact email to a landing page
Open the landing page you want to edit, or create a new one.
Go to the landing page Settings.
Locate the Contact email field.
Enter the email address you want to display to influencers. The field accepts valid email addresses only, an incorrectly formatted address cannot be saved.
Save your changes.
Expected result: A contact block appears on the influencer collaboration page showing the email address you entered, along with a Copy button that influencers can use to copy the address.
Removing or changing the contact email
To update the email address, return to the landing page Settings, edit the Contact email field, and save your changes.
To remove the contact block from the collaboration page entirely, clear the Contact email field and save. When the field is empty, no contact information is shown to influencers.
Known limitations
The contact email field does not pre-fill with any default address. You must enter an email address manually each time you create a landing page.
The contact email is displayed publicly on the collaboration page, it is visible to all influencers who access that page.
Troubleshooting
I entered an email address but it won't save.
Check that the address is in a valid email format (for example, name@company.com). The field will not accept incorrectly formatted entries.
The contact block is not appearing on the collaboration page.
The contact block only appears when a valid email address has been entered and saved in the landing page settings. Return to Settings and confirm the Contact email field is filled in and saved correctly.
