Why my tracked influencer count may differ between the Directory and my plan

Lefty counts influencers as tracked based on where they appear across your workspace, not just in the Directory. Understanding the difference between these two locations helps explain why the numbers may not always match.

What is the tracked influencer count?
Your plan's tracked influencer count reflects the total number of unique influencers actively tracked across your entire workspace. This includes influencers in your Directory as well as influencers added to Campaigns. These two lists are independent of each other, and an influencer can exist in one without the other.

Why the counts may differ:
When you remove an influencer from the Directory, they are not automatically removed from any Campaigns they belong to. As a result, they continue to count toward your tracked total even though they no longer appear in the Directory. This means your plan may show a higher tracked count than what your Directory export reflects.

Example:
If your Directory export shows 397 influencers but your plan shows 400, the difference of 3 influencers are likely ones that were removed from the Directory but remain active in one or more Campaigns.

How to resolve it :
To align the counts, influencers need to be removed from their Campaigns as well. If you are unsure which influencers are causing the discrepancy, contact your Lefty account manager. They can provide a list of influencers currently tracked in Campaigns but not present in the Directory.
