Audience data collection on large castings

Once a casting reaches 1,000 influencers, Lefty stops collecting audience data for any influencers added beyond that point, to keep large castings performant.

To keep large castings fast and responsive, Lefty applies a limit on audience data collection once a casting grows beyond 1,000 influencers.

How it works

  • When a casting has fewer than 1,000 influencers, audience data is collected as usual.

  • Once a casting reaches 1,000 influencers, any influencers added beyond that point (from any entry point) will not have audience data collected.

  • Audience data already collected for the first 1,000 influencers is not affected.

When the limit applies, a banner is shown in the casting to explain why audience data is no longer being collected for newly added influencers.
