Discover searches return profiles with at least 5,000 followers. Searching the smaller 1K to 5K range, to find nano influencers, is a separate option on your subscription.
Why the 1K and 5K options are greyed out
If the option is not active on your workspace, the 1k and 5k values in the follower range filter appear greyed out and cannot be selected. Hovering over them shows this message:
"Unlock smaller follower ranges to discover highly-engaged nano influencers."
The same message appears inline if you type a value below 5,000 into the minimum or maximum follower field.
In both cases a Contact us button is shown next to the message. It opens a conversation with the Lefty team so you can ask about adding the option.
Getting access
Use the Contact us button, or reach out to your Lefty account manager directly.
If your workspace was already searching these ranges, nothing changes for you. Your access is preserved.
Once the option is active
The follower range filter behaves exactly as it does for any other range. You can select 1k and 5k from the list, or type any minimum and maximum you need.
