1. Reviewing Requests
Navigate to the Requests tab to view a list of all product requests.
You can filter this view to see requests that are pending, accepted, or in-process.
2. Actioning Requests
You can take three main actions on a request:
Accept
Approves the request
Decline
Rejects the request
Process
Marks the items as sent or ready for fulfillment
3. Important Prerequisites
For a request to appear as Pending in your dashboard, you must first accept the influencer as a collaborator within the associated Landing Page settings.
If the influencer remains in candidate status on the Landing Page, their product requests will not surface in the Requests tab.
4. Fulfillment
If you have connected Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, processing a request in Lefty will automatically create the corresponding order in your e-commerce store.
