Archiving and Removing a Campaign

The difference between archiving and removing a campaign, why Remove now appears only on archived campaigns, and what each action means for your tracked influencer count.

Archive and Remove: what changed

The Remove option in the campaign ⋮ menu now appears only for campaigns that are already archived. It is no longer available from the Live tab.

This creates a natural two step flow: archive the campaign first, then remove it if you still need to. The change prevents campaigns from being permanently deleted by accident.

How to remove a campaign

  1. Open the Campaigns dashboard and find your campaign on the Live tab.

  2. Click the ⋮ menu and select Archive.

  3. Go to the Archived tab and find the campaign there.

  4. Click the ⋮ menu and select Remove.

Removing is permanent

Archiving takes a campaign out of your live list. Removing deletes it, and it is not an action you can undo yourself.

If you removed a campaign by mistake, contact your Lefty account manager.

Does removing a campaign lower my tracked influencer count?

Archiving and removing a campaign have the same effect on the number of influencers counted as tracked in your workspace. Removing a campaign will not bring that number down further than archiving it already does.
