Monitoring Shipments
Once products are sent, the Gifts section provides a full report for each order.
Each entry includes:
Order Details – The store used, the shipping method selected, and the current delivery status
Tracking Links – Carrier tracking links to monitor the package’s journey
User Attribution – The specific Lefty team member who initiated the gift, ensuring accountability
Gift Status
The system tracks the lifecycle of each shipment until its final status is reached (e.g., Delivered or Cancelled).
Filtering History
You can apply filters to your gift history to view orders by specific criteria, such as:
Recipient
Date
Status
This makes it easy to locate and review past shipments.
