Credit-powered features and their cost

Which features use credits, what counts as one unit for each, and where to see what each one costs.

Three features use credits:

Feature

One unit is

When credits are used

BrandScanner AI (shown as Logo Recognition)

One image scanned

Automatically, as images are scanned in campaigns where BrandScanner AI is on.

Brand Safety Analysis

One influencer analysed

When you export the analysis. In a bulk export, only influencers that have content are counted.

Sentiment Analysis

One campaign analysed

When you export the analysis.

All three draw from the same credit pool, each at a fixed cost per unit. See How credits work for how the allowance and credit packs are used.

How much each feature costs

Each feature has a fixed cost in credits per unit. To see the current cost, go to Settings, then Billing, open the Subscription tab and look under Credit-powered features. Each feature is listed with its cost.

Costs do not change in the middle of a billing period.

The total for an action is the cost per unit multiplied by the number of units. For example, a Brand Safety export for 10 influencers costs ten times the cost of analysing one influencer.

Before an export runs

For Brand Safety Analysis and Sentiment Analysis exports, a confirmation window shows the credits needed before the export starts. If your balance cannot cover the whole export (for a bulk export, every selected influencer), the export does not run and nothing is charged.

Credits and feature access

Credits do not switch a feature on. A feature must also be activated on your workspace before you can use it. If a feature is missing from your workspace, contact your Account Manager.
